Update: I finally spoke with someone. They said they are working on it and would let me know when it was fixed. I have not heard from SeatGeek yet. Some people have said their code is working now. Mine is not.

customer service (888-979-9875) and spoke with someone who said they are looking into it and asked to put me on a 3 minute hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes when she just hung up on me... I called back and I am now waiting to get through to someone again. This is not okay.
