Since every second VIP from UP, Haryana and Delhi is at Medanta #Gurugram, they should release a bulletin of those who r NOT there. Once VIPs are released, they should stay at the Govt Hospital for a day. A day for a healthy person can't be that bad? Just to get aam admi feel?
