i miss a call from cvs pharmacy. i call back. ai picks up. i explain that i’m just calling back. it doesn’t understand and goes through its menu again. we go through this 5x. it finally transfers me to a voicemail. i leave a message. the pharmacy tech calls me back in 15 seconds.
