_What Makes Us Right?_ "Government" is a monopoly provider of justice and security. ANY monopoly—especially a government or "state"—is a single point of failure, and a high-value target of corruption. The most ruthless, calculating and evil WILL gain effective control over it, given sufficient time. FTA: The true nature of the left-right political spectrum (and whether it even really exists) has long been argued about. What the researchers seem to have found is that: 1. Yes, there is one real difference between the left and right. 2. It is the difference in how the left and right believe society should work. (The researchers also discovered something else: The left right difference is heritable, at least in part.) So it turns out that what we call the ‘left-right’ difference is simple. It has existed since the first kings emerged in Mesopotamia about 7,000 years ago. It has never changed. It is nothing more or less than the difference between two kinds of people. One kind, let us call them the leftists, believe that society works best when the government has more control of the people. The other kind of people, the right, believe the opposite: Society works best when the people have more freedom. michael796.substack.com/p/what-makes-u…

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. US Attorney Bill Essayli just revealed California fraud is likely in the HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS — and that Gavin Newsom has refused to implement regulations that the auditor begged for Generational scandal. "I call him the fraud king for a reason...it's going to be into the hundreds of billions of dollars under his watch!" "Remember, none of this fraud could happen unless California issued these licenses. California is responsible for administering hospice programs, licensing these doctors." "And they're supposed to have passed regulations by January 1st of this year that were called by the auditor in California, said California does not have sufficient regulations to crack down on fraud. He's refusing to implement those regulations because he doesn't want to own the problem!" "We're going to do our job. You're going to see a lot more fraud. We're going to work hand in hand with this task force. And I think it's going to be in the hundreds of billions eventually."

_The Scandal of the Scottish Met Office Station Still Providing Temperature Figures Six Decades After it Closed_ FTA: Another shocking example of decades-long invented temperature figures at non-existent UK Met Office measuring stations has come to light. The Lephinmore ‘station’ was situated in the upper reaches of the Firth of Clyde, and according to the “location-specific long-term averages” Met Office database it can supply monthly temperature readings along with rainfall amounts going back to 1960. This supply can be considered a modern scientific wonder given that the actual station closed five months before England won the World Cup in 1966. The usual form when the Met Office is asked to provide further and better particulars on its invention techniques is for the explanation to be given that batches of figures from “well-correlated neighbouring stations” are modelled by a computer. But in the case of location-specific station Lephinmore, there are no neighbouring stations, well-correlated or otherwise. The three nearest with any long-term records are CIMO Class 4 ‘junk’ station Dunstaffnage at 27 miles distance, Class 4 Glasgow Bishopton 29 miles away, and the Class 4 airport site 45 miles away at Prestwick Gannet. A station called “Bute: Rothesay” is said to be 18 miles away but this closed some time ago. A new station “Bute: Rothesay No 2” opened in 2012 and this is also in the Class 4 junk portfolio. The considerable distances involved and the ‘junk’ nature of all the sites with internationally recognised uncertainties of up to 2°C, would appear to rule out well-correlation for either a single ‘station’ or a fudged ‘location-specific’ claim. Not to put too fine a point on it, the idea that an airport site can provide scientific information about likely temperature and rainfall conditions at a rural location 45 miles away is little short of risible. A Class 4 site is unable to give a true ambient air temperature in its own backyard, let alone one tens of miles distance. wattsupwiththat.com/2026/04/03/the…

Amendment 14, clause 5 delegates the authority to Congress to interpret what "subject to the jurisdiction" means. It has not done so. No such authority was granted to the Judicial Branch, nor to the Executive Branch--although both do have Constitutional authority to use Constitutional clauses to govern their own policies and actions. In Wong Kim Ark, SCOTUS exercised its authority to "exercise the Judicial Power of the United States" to hold that those who are legal residents of the United States are "subject to the jurisdiction of" the U.S., and so therefore are any children of such persons who are born on U.S. soil. President Trump's Executive Order simply orders the Executive Branch to impute citizenship exactly as SCOTUS defined it in 1898.

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝟓 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 gives 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 the power to decide who is “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States. That’s not the Court’s job. It’s explicitly delegated to the legislature. And nobody is arguing it. Why? Because, as Dershowitz explains, “𝘯𝘦𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘱 𝘢𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘣𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦. _Breakthrough Exposes Volcanic Corruption of Global Temperature Data for 50 Years_ FTA: A persistent assumption underlies modern global temperature reconstructions: that individual station errors, even when large, are diluted through spatial averaging and homogenization. That assumption deserves closer inspection. Recent analysis of station-level data suggests that under certain conditions—specifically when extreme outliers evade quality control and are subsequently incorporated into homogenization routines—localized anomalies can propagate nonlinearly through the global record. The present investigation began with a routine audit of tropical station residuals within the GHCN (Global Historical Climatology Network) dataset. The initial objective was unremarkable: quantify the distribution of post-homogenization adjustments across low-latitude stations. What emerged instead was a persistent and statistically anomalous signal centered on a single station in Costa Rica, hereafter designated CR-VOLC-EL-INFIERNO-01. The anomaly first appears in the late 1970s, coinciding with documented volcanic activity in the Talamanca Range. At face value, elevated temperatures in proximity to geothermal activity are not unexpected. What is unexpected is the magnitude, persistence, and downstream influence of those readings once introduced into the global processing pipeline. Raw observations from CR-VOLC-EL-INFIERNO-01 indicate sustained daily maximum temperatures exceeding 300°C over multiple reporting intervals. Such values would ordinarily trigger immediate exclusion under standard quality control thresholds. Yet archival flags associated with this station indicate no such exclusion occurred. Instead, the readings were retained and subjected to standard homogenization procedures. wattsupwiththat.com/2026/04/01/bre…

_WARNING: Disable Location Services on ALL Devices Now | Daily Pulse_ FTA: An alarming warning went out this week. U.S. service members received urgent orders from the Department of War: turn off location services on ALL electronic devices immediately. If the military is that concerned about surveillance through everyday tech, it raises an obvious question for the rest of us. Apart from the very real threat every single one of us faces from Big Tech that constantly spies on us, Windows has unleashed AI with a photographic memory of everything you do on your computer. It literally takes screenshots and analyzes them with AI, virtually in real time. That includes your most private photos, texts, emails, even messages you type but never send. Big Brother is living in our homes, with our families, surrounding our most private moments. vigilantfox.com/p/warning-turn…

_Researcher Finds Proof The Met Office is Inflating UK Maximum Temperature Records_ FTA: Convincing statistical proof has emerged over the last year to show that the UK Met Office is inflating maximum temperature readings to create Net Zero-supporting climate alarm. Over the last 30 years, the Met Office has produced the vast majority of its data from unnaturally heat-ravaged ‘junk’ sites using newly-installed accurate electronic devices able to record one minute heat spikes. The independent researcher Dr Eric Huxter has taken a year to examine the unnatural sudden rises that supply many daily ‘records’, and compared the overall spike averages with a pristine CIMO Class 1 control station. He concludes that it “could well explain the step change in rate of temperature change, and the marked increase in the step of new daily maximum records since 1990”. During his year-long project, Dr Huxter examined 340 daily maximum temperature highs recorded across 96 Met Office stations and discovered that these sites showed average short heat spikes around 1.1°C. Most of these spikes occurred around daily ‘records’ in junk CIMO Class 3, 4 and 5 locations. These sites have internationally recognised ‘uncertainties’ or possible errors of 1°C, 2°C and 5°C respectively. But spikes in temperature can occur naturally, so Huxter consulted a full year of individual minute temperature figures at a pristine Class 1 site in open farmland at Rothamsted. From the purchased records – a total of 525,541 – he was able to compile a baseline probability control. Here is the kicker – comparing the Rothamsted control with the 360 heat spikes at the largely junk sites, a chi-square test showed a highly significant difference of p <0.0001. This means that if there were truly no difference between the sites, the chances of observing such a large discrepancy in heat spikes would be less than one in 10,000 – in other words, more unlikely than one in 10,000 and quite possibly far smaller – for example, one in 100,000. wattsupwiththat.com/2026/04/02/res…

_Core Law of Physics is Circular, Physicists Say_ The central finding of the paper by Wolpert, Rovelli, and Scharnhorst is that the Second Law, the Past Hypothesis, and the Boltzmann Brain hypothesis are formally identical in structure, each differing only in which single moment in time they choose to condition the entropy process on—and that this choice cannot be provided by physics itself. It requires an independent assumption. What they've identified, in the language of stochastic process theory, is precisely the problem of treating a contingent conditioning choice as if it were an absolute ground state. That's physicists realizing the only reason we assign more credence to the Past Hypothesis or the Second Law than to the Boltzmann Brain hypothesis is the credence we assign to our cosmological observations concerning the Big Bang—which is itself just another conditioning event, not a metaphysical absolute. Crucially, the second law is consistent with the prior probabilities ("priors") that imply it—but only by virtue of the fact that we can adopt priors that our data is reliable. The only known way to establish that the second law holds is, ultimately, to assume that the second law holds. That's circular reasoning. There is no proof that an absolute, universal ground state—ontologically—exists, let alone that it even could. For example, if you assert that "absolute, universal nothing" is the ground state of reality, you fail: Absolute Nothing cannot logically exist, because it would be inherently unstable: If it did exist, there would be no mechanism to keep it stable, no distinction between true and false--and so no distinction between 'possible' and 'impossible'--nor even any distinctions at all--and so no distinction between existence and non-existence, nor between what is real and what is not. Reality is not stable, but it is metastable. The distinction matters. Absolute Nothing cannot even be coherently described or conceived without self-contradiction, because any description of it already introduces distinctions (between Nothing and Something, between what it is and what it isn't). Nothing, when you try to define it rigorously, immediately becomes Something—at minimum, it becomes the concept of Nothing, which is already a distinction, already a something. The incoherence isn't a contingent fact about Nothing; it's intrinsic to the attempt to fully define it. youtube.com/watch?v=x5sR5s…

Because "best" is subjective: Different people use different criteria to judge what is "best"--and most don't think all that deeply or consistently about it. And most only evaluate policies by how they believe the policies would operate--which is often not accurate, at all.

This is: Matthew Perna (seen in a red sweatshirt) on January 6, walking peacefully inside the Capitol building for only 14 minutes to protest the overthrow of his government on November 3—after being invited in by Capitol Police, no less. Matthew pleaded guilty to the initial charges, believing he would face 6–12 months in prison. Only after pleading guilty did the domestic terrorists within the Department of Justice inform Matthew that they would seek a TERRORISM enhancement to his sentence, increasing his potential sentence to 9 years in federal prison. Just four days after receiving this news, Matthew went into his garage, put a fucking rope around his neck, and hung himself. In other words, they deliberately went after Americans and brought down the full weight of the U.S. government, including a death sentence, to prove a point—that November 3 was the ‘most secure election in U.S. history’. Now you’ve got a judicial whore in a black robe who just slapped G’ddamn Ilhan Omar—Abdul Abubakar Ali—with a mere one-year sentence for MILLIONS in stolen tax dollars, after he lied about providing 1.3 million meals. And he’ll be out in just a couple of months for being a good felon. So, the question is, where the fuck is the United States Justice System? Damn you, the state media—every single one of you.

There is no distinction nor sunlight between USAID and the CIA. Essentially, the USAID organization was the State Dept front group for the CIA. I wish people explained this better. When the CIA operatives went into an active intel op, they used the State Dept as their cover.
Wall Street Apes@WallStreetApes

USAID money was funneled to an organization that created fake Ukraine and Russiagate evidence against Donald Trump The CIA then worked with the agency to use that evidence in the impeachments against Donald Trump to remove him as President Literally treason “New reporting reveals that USAID and a CIA analyst were behind a project that later led to one of Trump's impeachments independent journalist — USAID effectively created this organization called the Organized Crime and Corruption Research Project Reporting Project — We also know that it did the foundational research that was essential to bringing the impeachment case against Trump in December of 2019. It was what the CIA whistleblower relied upon in his initial complaint in lDecember of 2019 So those are the facts — So this is basically a situation where the CIA person in the White House who've been left over by Obama writes a a complaint describing alleged violation of the law. This was then picked up in the house, impeached Trump, the Senate of course declined to hear it. But I think what's so interesting here is that this is an organization that's behind it that's funded by USAID that would not exist without USAID in what I think you have to consider to be domestic politics, which is absolutely forbidden. — So this looks like regime change tactics that the CIA and USAID had done abroad being brought back home against Donald Trump”
