🚀 The Dixon AI Transformation Playbook is Live After three years of building, testing, and delivering AI transformation in the real world, I am excited to share that The AI Transformation Playbook is now live on Amazon. This playbook is the culmination of that work, shaped by: - 389 (and counting) direct client engagements - 40+ AI Transformation programmes (minimum 4 months engagement) - Hands-on delivery across Insurance, Construction, Marketing, Higher Education, Healthcare, Law, Events, Logistics, Manufacturing, IT Services and many other sectors - Work delivered across the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, and Hong Kong (be prepared for a 2nd edition coming 2026 packed full of case studies) It is designed for leaders who want to move beyond AI enthusiasm and into clear decisions, practical delivery, and measurable change. At DixonAI, our mission is simple: help organisations become fit for the AI world. This playbook is our blueprint for doing exactly that. Thank you To our clients for the trust. To the Dixon AI team for the standards and the craft. And to my family for tolerating the keyboard soundtrack, including on holiday in Portugal 🇵🇹 If you are leading strategy, transformation, or capability-building and want an approach that works in practice, this is for you. 👉 Get your copy here: [The AI Transformation Playbook: A Step-by-Step Guide to Becoming an AI-Enabled Organisation amzn.eu/d/2AKqaTg,]

You would never hand a film crew a camera and say 'just shoot something great.' So why are we doing exactly that with AI? That is the gap this paper sets out to close. I am pleased to share that my first academic working paper has been published on SSRN: 'Purpose, Execution, Judgement: A Framework for Human-AI Collaboration and Organisational AI Capability in the Post-ChatGPT Era' The paper introduces and integrates two frameworks I have developed over the last 3 years of consulting and training with organisations navigating AI transformation: - The PEJ Framework answers how humans and AI collaborate. Every productive human-AI activity has three domains: Purpose (the human-defined 'why'), Execution (the collaborative 'how'), and Judgement (the human-applied 'which output matters'). As AI grows more capable, the human role shifts from doing the work to directing the work, much like a film director who shapes every frame without operating the camera. - The AI Capability Framework answers what organisations need to make that collaboration effective. It defines organisational readiness as a multiplicative function of five factors: Talent x Purpose x AI Literacy x AI Tools x Data Infrastructure. Because the formula is multiplicative, the weakest dimension determines the ceiling for the entire organisation. Together, they offer a more complete theory of AI-enabled value creation. AI Capability determines what you need. PEJ determines how you work once those capabilities are in place. The paper positions both frameworks against the existing academic literature, advances six formal propositions for future research, and is the first in a four-paper series exploring the future of human-AI collaboration, the shifting bottleneck of value creation, organisational governance, and purpose-led thinking. This has been a significant step for me: taking ideas born in the field, stress-tested with real organisations, and bringing them into academic discourse with the rigour they deserve. The full paper is available here: papers.ssrn.com/sol3/Papers.cf… Thank you to the @vistage @VistageUK community for stress-testing these ideas in the room, to @ManMetUni for backing the academic journey, and to the DixonAI.com team for living this work every day. I would welcome your thoughts, challenges, and reflections. If you work in Business, AI strategy, organisational transformation, or leadership, I wrote this for you. hashtag#AI hashtag#HumanAICollaboration hashtag#AIStrategy hashtag#OrganisationalTransformation hashtag#PEJ hashtag#AICapability hashtag#SSRN hashtag#AcademicResearch hashtag#Leadership hashtag#FutureOfWork hashtag#Industry5point0

@DavidSacks Someone might have just travelled half way across the world and spent the day tracking down the exact spot @elonmusk did this... Not quite your experience @DavidSacks but still 😉🌞🦆

Three years ago, a house guest asked if I wanted to tag along to the office, and I got to be part of this historic moment. Here are a few more photos of the day free speech was liberated.

Ever find yourself lost in the details? 🌟 My ADHD brain lights up seeing connections everywhere! It's like describing a whole tapestry when someone only asked about one thread. I assumed everyone wanted the same depth, but that's not always the case. How do you balance detail and simplicity in conversations? 🤔 #ADHD #ADHDLife #NeurodiverseAF #ActuallyADHD #LateDiscoveryADHD #ADHDinTech

@elonmusk @skytv does not have an @X TV app available. This is the main mode of watching TV in the UK. We need X available more easily in the UK, the citizen journalist must have a louder voice.

This is a completely new technology @RoryStewartUK. It's not just revolutionising diction software but weather forecasting, medicine, video generation, MRI scans, self driving cars. It comes from the same breakthrough "the Transformer" You need more AI on the podcast - I'd love to help

The dictation software on @ChatGPTapp is so so much better than on an iPhone. For longer messages, I’ve taken to dictating into ChatGPT (as though I were writing a prompt) and then pasting into email text or WhatsApp - I never have to edit, punctuate + correct. But presumably there’s a quicker way to do this well. Advice please…

@Jason The business discussion was great but there was way too much politics (and normally I like the politics). Just 45 minutes of Sachs debunking everything Mark Cuban said would have been enough for me. That said the 2nd 45 minutes did help me nod off to sleep.
