Young woman and dog were involved in a hit and run on #Prior st this weekend. The dog was PINNED by the car at a dangerous corner and it took off. The @CityofVancouver must do more to make Prior St. safe: permanent changes, enforcement, crosswalks, pedestrian lights. #vanpoli

Today, the @strathconares received word that the last remaining tents on Raymur Ave are gone. It's been a long, challenging year (347 days, in fact) for many in #strathcona. My biggest thanks goes out to Parks GM @dlr9 who handled the situation with grace and compassion.
