@stratstoneuk @WarringtonAudi This is a complaint. brand new audi picked up 1/3/26 Pre ordered were the rubber Q3 mats They STILL haven’t arrived / been delivered Yet you can order them from your website Up until purchase the customer service was brilliant - but now it’s awful

@BMW_UK and @stratstoneuk breached my GDPR in November by applying for credit without my consent. They have repeatedly failed to tell me how my data was misused and have been overdue on my complaint by over one month. Great service 🤭

This was literally the last time I saw my @Jaguar iPace. 1 month ago after it broke down due to @stratstoneuk botch job of battery repair. I spoke to JLR UK who told me it’s not their problem as they only manufactured the vehicle (rather than sold it to me) #Disgraceful
