@ListersGroup FYI the Shirley branch today (23/4) the phones are not working . We know because we have been trying to contact them all morning. My husband has had to drive down there in our son’s car as our Land Rover that they delivered back to us yesterday does not even start today.

Landed back late last night from Tenerife. Now starting the day at the fabulous @ListersGroup Honda Shirley where as usual they kindly provide me with an office to work in while I wait for MOT. Coffee’s fab too!

@EyesNurse @MercedesBenzUK Hi Daniel, we'd like to apologise for this. Lincoln has just started to re-purpose the room and is in the process of replacing the TV in the kids area. The TV in the main area was down for the day whilst they had SKY TV installed for customers.

@MercedesBenzUK @ListersGroup it’s fantastic that your Lincoln branch offers a choice of waiting areas, including one for kids. Except the kids area has an Xbox with no TV and the toys are missing parts. The TV in the adults area doesn’t work either. Such a shame.

@AudiUK @ListersGroup still waiting for an outcome from Cov audi who have informed audi UK that they haven't had my car since Jan2023.. they seem to forget they had it in Feb and for almost 5 weeks in March and as it turned out still couldn't fix the issues.
