After playing NTE for one hour. I'm not sure what NTE quirky comic-y cutscenes are trying to achieve. Its pacing is really off and I felt cringy rather than funny/endearing. It's like a punchline being spammed back to back without a setup.

@Moteyabai imo the gameplay feels "funny" but maybe the story forces the player to constantly fight enemies so the gameplay stops feeling fun or fresh and js automatic.

Long & weird gacha system, weird double jump, high fps but stuttering (as expected of UE5). Combat is a mix of ZZZ & Wuwa, but worse. Overall, its not really fun playing so gud bye.

Already uninstalled NTE, the games not “bad” but it’s just not for me, and quite honestly I am really just getting burnt out of open world action gacha games. I feel like I have played the same 1.0 patch for the last 6 years every time a new gacha comes out. Never ending story, MC has no memories (really getting sick of this) all the UI looks the same, combat is either exactly like another game or just barely tweaks the combat that other games do, boring side quests, exploration never feels fun they feel like chores and I am just getting really sick of them. They all feel the same to me and honestly WuWa might have spoiled me when it comes to these new games. It’s the only gacha I care about right now and that’s because I’m invested in the world and the story and the characters, but trying to get into a new one of these games just feels impossible. 1 open world gacha game is more than enough for me dude. Going to make a video talking about my issues with Gacha right now and why I’m getting so burnt out this weekend. I think it’s time for a change.

@CEOOfCarlotta the intro was interesting but then the story dropped me in Eibon shop and my smile faded. i was excited to meet Hotori but damn, like okay I get all gachas have a boring part but so early??? it was painful the process to get to level 10, the side quests were annoying af

NTE is giving me the same feel as arknights endfield where all of the pulls seem locked behind like 80 hours of gameplay the story sucks and none of the characters interest me.
