@ubereats_uk@UberEats filled with bots with standardised messages. No one there to actually help. Has anyone but put off work and not one person to resolve the issue in over 6 weeks. Worst service I’ve received in my life. Uber eats do not care about their workers

I figured I could rent my car from WeFlex, one of ubers partners & work for @ubereats_uk@UberEats. After one week driving with car, ubereats said the insurance their partner gave seemed to be fraudulent and put my account on hold 🤣🤣. WeFlex could not believe this. 6weeksl8r..
@UberUKI_Support All I have got is a messages daying someone is reviewing my account and they appreciate my patience. Patience ?? 6 weeks, still need to feed my family, pay for my car, my rent ? And I’m still not online
@UberUKI_Support LOL. I have tried that over 30 times, since April 18th. Nothing. Went to your head office greenlight. Nothing. Emailed. Nothing. Called. Nothing. DM’d, nothing. NO ONE HAS HELPED ME FOR 6 WEEKS
Can you imagine being cut from your work and with no resolution after 6 weeks! The initial reason was insurance but I use this same insurance document to deliver with just eat and Deliveroo so why is your system to messed up. Do you not care about your workers ? 6 weeks!? nothing

I have full insurance through WeFlex, they are meant to be a partner. I found them through Uber ?? 😂 Even they cannot believe the unprofessionalism. This is how you treat your workers. Stop them from working for months with no help
After months of contacting your team through the help side of my app, calling, emailing every day. Still nothing. I even paid for Zego insurance to get back on the road and you still have not got a single human to look at my case and fix it.
