Nice thing about Austin is you can work all weekend, then hit Comedy Mothership Sunday night. And feel like you’re ready for Monday.

@NoRiskNoParty small town Mexico about to pop because lots of immigrants will move back to their home towns as they begin to retire. being on a fixed income and an increasing cost of living will drive this.

BREAKING: Mexico just dethroned China as USA's #1 Import Partner 🚢 The numbers are wild: Mexico: $475B in exports China: $427B in exports But here's what nobody's talking about: This isn't about Mexico getting better It's about US companies leaving China And they're not coming back Why? Simple: 0-3 days shipping vs 45-60 days No language barrier Same time zone No random tariffs Easier customs clearance Lower freight costs Here's the truth nobody wants to admit: The last time Mexico led imports was in 2002. Back then, it was because China hadn't fully industrialized. This time? It's because US companies are tired of: 25% tariffs 45-day shipping Factory shutdowns Political tensions Supply chain risks I import from both countries & here's my prediction: Mexico's lead will grow. They're getting Tesla, BMW, & hundreds of manufacturers moving operations from China. The smart money isn't asking IF this trend continues. The smart money is asking HOW to profit from it. Who's positioning themselves for this shift? 👀

As we build this home together, the next step after digging footers is to start adding rebar. All in the material cost on the rebar, chairs etc, around $800. To make this simple, be sure to hire a good local foundation crew who will follow your local codes. This rebar simply put, makes the concrete stronger. I’ll keep posting step by step updates on this home. By the end of it, you will see everything needed to build a home. 😊 If you have any questions, feel free to ask below.

One of the benefits of marriage that no one talks about is having someone to help carry the weight of your existence.

I am not blindly pro-police. They have their issues. But when your community is faced with terror, they are the only ones who react like this. Don’t ever forget that.

Want to be super clear there - it’s hard. I failed at this 3 times, before I got this one right. Two were explicitly my fault. Ended up promoting internally for the win. Look inside before you look outside. If you look outside, be prepared to pay up (worth it) and think about @pinpulleddrmf

Just before Christmas, gave all the employees a bonus. Nothing crazy, but healthy enough to change people’s moods. Made sure they came from the Operator and not me. Had people crying and apologizing for random stuff, directly to the Operator. Not one text to me, by design. Give your Operators the ability to make their employees happy. Don’t take any credit. It’s powerful.
