@JoannaStern One fix alongside disabling attention aware is in haptics and make sure the change sound with buttons is enabled. That final bit solved our issues on iOS 17.5.1.

Today Show called me last night and said iPhone alarms aren't working! I hadn't heard that but Apple confirmed this AM that it is aware of an issue causing some alarms not play a sound and that it's working on a fix. My iPhone alarm woke me up right on time at 6:50AM! Trakt website & Plex scrobbler are back online! Trakt API will be back next week. We're closely monitoring the servers while things ramp up. We're deeply sorry for the extended downtime & we'll do better moving forward. Updates to our automated backups are already in place.

Earlier this week, we restored a full database backup from Nov 7 as the starting point. We’ve incrementally imported data from Nov 7 up until the database crashed on Dec 11. There is data corruption, but we’ve recovered a good percentage thus far.

@AlissonSteffens @trakt You can download lists and watch history from the web site, exporting each to a CSV. I do that on regular basis.

@trakt First of all. You are awesome, and I Love Trakt and all my watch history for the last years is there. That said, give us a feature to download our own data as CSV so we can have backups for our accounts. 🧶

We were able to restore a baseline database backup & are importing data added between that backup & Dec 11. First up is refreshing TV show & movie metadata. We're currently working on the user data. There is some corruption, but we're working to save all that we can.

@British_Airways how can I speak to customer services from HK? Cancelled flight two months ago. 8 web chasers and emails and nothing.

@British_Airways you cancelled my flight for my family on 30th July, compensation due to late arrival around 1k GBP outstanding. Case raised 8th Aug. Nothing back despite chasing many times. You also hold 9k GBP voucher – compounding frustration. Please help resolve ASAP
