@strizy I remember my worst ever shiny hunt was for dialga in Pokemon. Brilliant diamond. It took me 14,000 resets. I gave up halfway through and came back 4 months later. Just to do the other 7,000 and finally get him. For reference palkia in shining Pearl. Took me 12.

@3Shrikes @Divy_art no, they're in gen 1! shiny pokemon in gen 1 and 2 were based on stats.. so in theory if you managed to get a pokemon with the right stats to make it shiny, you could transfer it to gen 2 and it will be shiny. You can read a bit about it here! bluemoonfalls.com/pages/shinies/…
