According to a press release issued Friday, March 20, by the Tontitown Police Department, both Joseph Duggar, 31, and Kendra Duggar, 27, have been charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and four counts of false imprisonment in the second degree. Police confirmed that arrest warrants for the misdemeanor charges have been issued and served through District Court. The department emphasized that the investigation remains active and ongoing, noting that Arkansas law limits what information can be publicly released in cases involving minors and sensitive circumstances. “To protect the integrity of the investigation and the privacy of those involved, no further details will be provided at this time,” authorities said. The charges stem from an incident first reported on March 18. Joseph Duggar, a former star of the reality TV show 19 Kids and Counting, had already been facing two additional charges, including lewd and lascivious m0lestation of a victim under 12 and lewd and lascivious behavior by a person 18 or older.
