You can't "recover" something you never had, @JMilei The British are the INDIGENOUS peoples of the previously uninhabited Falkland Islands (same principle used for the Maori who settled in N.Z.) They have the inalienable right to self determination. In the 2013 referendum 99.8% voted to remain under the British crown The Falklands are as far from Argentina as North Africa is from the UK. Claims of rightful ownership due to "proximity" are absurd. Never forget: Britain’s discovery and settlement rights over the Falklands long predate your state's existence. The islands were never part of the Argentine Republic’s inherited Spanish colonial territory. Spain had abandoned the islands long before. 🇫🇰🇬🇧🇫🇰🇬🇧
