If you follow me and wonder what team I am on…. Farmers, small towns. We don’t… (farmers) go to DC and lobby for market share for seed, fertilizer, and equipment sales. We just pay for it… and get paid less for what we grow High school basketball. Kids working on farms… to pay for dates. Local food. Healthy people. I want to drop kick every f’n Amazon box on my front step. We do things in certain ways because they are what they are now. It used to just work… but we became accustomed to have food be a smaller and smaller % of our budget to make room for phone plans, consumer items that one by one makes us lazier, unhealthy, and unhappy Joy comes from accomplishing something. Joy comes from unity. Division, outrage is the engine that drives our domination from the elites. It’s killing our children’s futures and happiness. I’m done worrying about me. We need to work for them, and it only works if we can gain more independence. Farmers own most of the land and resources of this country… but we’re enslaved by the system

@SecKennedy Great! You put the food pyramid upside down! But change the food patterns of a whole population will need a lot of education and a long long time! It’s not that easy, when you have no real food culture (except the highly processed food)!

The prior dietary guidelines were driven by mercantile interests of the food industry. It was that impulse that drove Froot Loops to the top of the food pyramid. Our new guidelines have one simple message: Eat Real Food.

@jasonmauck1 The question: how to hand over our farm to the next generation: Systemic approach that creates independence and by integrating threats (climate, market instability, manpower, soil fertility) allows to create a resilient and durable farm. Depends a lot on the geographic situation

In Agriculture until the last few decades position and system think has been more important than productivity. Our grandfathers understood this hence the fence, rotation, and livestock. I’ve been thinking about what I want to do with the 2nd half of my career. What is going to be relevant in 10 years? Do I want to grow acres every year or grow more on the acres I currently have? I think your knowledge scales better on stacking the acre. You’re just more alone with that thought. Maybe that is the opportunity in itself.

@jasonmauck1 Thinking has no value. It is essential. And it should be out of the box…

Honest question. How much value do you put in thinking? I’m not talking about knocking out accounting or figuring out costs… etc Just sitting in a calm room and think in order to drum up ideas, strategy, things to do to create more value?

@teslaeurope @elonmusk a real disaster! Unable to disconnect our MY from a public charger we are waiting since 80 h for help from Tesla. Since the beginning I did 60 phone calls, have 12 open cases and NOTHING CHANGES! Tesla is NOT premium!!!

Deutschland ist der kranke Mann Europas. Bald kommt Frankreich noch dazu: Mindestlohn von 1600 Euro. Preisstopp für Lebensmittel und Energie. Absenkung des Renten-Eintrittsalters – von 64 auf 60 Jahre. Vermögenssteuer. Eine "Übergewinnsteuer" für die Gewinne von Unternehmen usw.

@strubeflo @RZitelmann Oh, der persönliche Bewacher. Eine Freundin lebt auch in Frankreich und bestätigt mir meine Eindrücke. Dazu las ich auch große Feldscreenings aus dem Bereich Landwirtschaft/Tierhaltung/Tiergesundheit, da passt die Flasche Wein dazu.

@RZitelmann Als wenn das Land dort nicht "tot genug" wäre. Wir sind letzt quergefahren. Ich fand es devestating. Tote Kleinstädte, kaum Gewerbegebiete. Vernachlässigung überall. Autobahnen leer. Zentralisierung auf Hotspots. Ländlicher Raum am Ende.

Break the routine. Turn on your mental faculties Imagination, Memory, Intuition, Reason, Perception, and Will. Know that everything in nature does that except the human population because of the corporatization of everything. Don't let your education get in the way of your learning.

@strubeflo Magst du Fotos zeigen? Was mich auch erstaunte - praktisch Null Photovoltaik auf den Dächern. Hiet sind die Dächer seit 15 Jahren "blau"...

Wer erleben möchte, wie absterbender ländlicher Raum statt Dörfern mit Bauernhöfen, Gewerbe, Geschäften & Vereinsleben aussieht: Fährt durch Frankreich. Ich bin immer noch geschockt.

@MirjamLechner Habe nur Bilder von Feldern und Maschinen 😉. Das mit der Photovoltaik hängt wohl irgendwie mit der landesspezifischen Förderpolitik zusammen. Hat ja jedes Land seine eigne Energiepolitik. Hier steht dafür in jedem Kaff ein Atomkraftwerk 😂

@MirjamLechner Stop.Ich wohne hier und bewirtschafte seit 20 Jaheren einen Betrieb im Norden von F. Es ist sicher nicht alles perfekt hier, aber es gibt auch in unseren ländlichen Regionen tolle Bauerndörfer. Und übrigens komme ich aus Niederbayern. Da sind auch nicht alle Ortefürs Bilderbuch.

@strubeflo Wir sind obenrum hinein und bis nach Nantes. Dann untenherum zurück. Vergleich das mal mit den tollen Bauernhofdörfern in Niederbayern, Franken oder Münsterland. Dieser Verfall, diese Ignoranz...

@BKSHOSTEL Geht so... auch an den Küsten geht die Haus-Hofpflege nur bis zur eigenen Tür. "Gartenkultur" hab ich dort nicht gesegen... geschweige denn einen Kärchereinsatz an religiösen Gebäuden
