@Square This is unacceptable. We have 2 hours of offline payments that were processed, they were there and then they disappeared. Where are they? You need to figure it out and push those payments through. This can’t be our problem

@strungofficial @Etsy After constant emailing and contact through online chat, they called it an ‘internal error’ and reinstated it all - no apology, no responsibility. Keep emailing and escalating your case through chat, they only fixed it after I got really really annoying
