BREAKING: It’s been nearly 4yrs (1,453 days to be precise!) since I departed ⁦@GMB⁩ rather hastily… but tomorrow morning, for the first time, I’m going back. I’ll be on with ⁦@susannareid100⁩ & ⁦@edballs⁩ at 8.15am.

@vidIQ I got 4,000 watch hours in 6 months since channel launch with 41 videos. But subs (now after 8 months) at 492 - so some way to go to monetisation. Hardest part so far - maintaining upload schedule… but feel in a groove now. We’ve got this!

Build more anticipation and tension visually and audibly while you're scratching. Right now, there's a lack of zooms as we're approach to possible win. Lack of risers as well. And visually try to at little elements to help guide the viewers attention to what they need to see happen. That' being said, it's very normal in this type of content that people are more interested in the outcome. Fun fact; I used to make CSGO gambling videos and those retention charts were all spikes. Here's what I'd recommend; make your titles more exciting as they'll drive engagement through the promise they set

@stuart_earl I’d say upload time wouldn’t impact a video in the long run but posting it when your audience is on YouTube will definitely help with its initial push! Since your audience is online at 4pm then that’s the best time for you to post!
