Big news on the Annie front 👀. We’re excited to announce that we’ve raised $4 million in funding led by @lasolasvc and @ChicagoVentures , with participation from GAMBA. This round is about doubling down on our mission to shape the future of how dental teams work. Each year, practices are being asked to do more with less: tighter margins, staffing shortages, and constant headwinds from insurance. They don’t need another dashboard to check, they need fewer spinning plates. We’re building Annie to be a true “AI coworker”: an always-on teammate that reduces multitasking and ensures no revenue opportunity slips through the cracks. We train her on each practice’s unique scheduling rules, insurance policies, preferences, and tone of voice, etc., and plug her directly into the practice management system. That lets her do real work: Answering calls, booking and rescheduling, handling web chats, and giving patients a way to interact with practices 24/7, in parallel with the in-office team. We’ve implemented Annie across hundreds of DSO and single-practice locations across the country, and that’s added up to: - $5M in generated revenue for our customers - 30,000 hours (3.5 years) of employee time saved. This funding lets us go even faster on product, customer success, and growth so that Annie can show up for more teams, more patients, and resolve more of the work that falls through the cracks today.
