@kmagnacca @JaxxAI @SwiftOnSecurity Also from the UK and this is *wild* to me. Driving uninsured here can get you big fines, license suspension, or even having your car seized. Worst cases are if you crashed, but even on-the-spot (or caught on camera) you can get fines and license penalty points, which are not good

@Pete4E @chainbear Why did you turn Valtteri Bottas into James Corden you monster

@charlottegore This was a good rec. I’m now actually considering reading the book at the same time.
English

@patently In fairness, that message doesn't say whether the impact will be negative or positive
English

@charlottegore Ah well I’m one of those weirdos who actually enjoys the suspense of a weekly episode cadence. So two episodes in is the perfect time, no temptation to binge. Also, you already said it’s no Severance.
English

@charlottegore Seems that way! I’ll take the word of mouth rec over the promoted tweet any day though. I was just wondering what to watch! 😊

@alixmortimer I used to work there! AMA. 😄 (8 months working in the pizza kitchen 20 years ago is sufficient to qualify as a Twitter expert right?)

@Heresy_Corner @BBCRadio3 I mean we can all argue about what’s best. It was an editorial decision that was planned for a very long time. ‘Disservice’ seems like a strong word to me, given that entertainment content remained abundant both on-demand and on commercial channels.
English

@stuartsharpe @BBCRadio3 There are better ways of doing public service than having exactly the same content on every channel. I find that public disservice, frankly.
English

Even @bbcradio3 is a news broadcast at the moment. Does the BBC think people want this? Would it be too difficult to arrange a suitable programme for people who would rather listen to music?
English

@Heresy_Corner @BBCRadio3 Must have missed the announcement when they became a public service broadcaster 😅
English

@stuartsharpe @BBCRadio3 Classic FM seemed to manage just fine
English

@patently I took my eldest to a music festival last weekend and I swear they spent more time in the bookshop tent than anywhere else
English

@chainbear Careful with those searches, I’ve heard that kind of behaviour can be career limiting
