Two decades before Michael B. Jordan won an #Oscar for Best Actor, he was part of one of TV’s greatest achievements. Before he was Smoke & Stack -he was Wallace. This is what it looks like to witness a child actor evolve into a bonafide movie star. How are you not inspired?

@stuboo Out of curiosity, how much have you played around on the system prompt? Do your users typically send a complex topic or something more straightforward (a few words) and does it benefit from a more complex system prompt on your side?

Gave this advice 6 years ago. Last night I decided to build something to grease the wheels. Text or voice a clinical topic to a Telegram bot, and a cited 5-min podcast episode shows up in your personal feed. Free for residents. t.me/oslrcurbsidebot #MedTwitter #MedEd

Best piece of advice I got as an incoming #intern. #TipsForNewDocs Carry a single index card in your pocket. When you encounter something and think “I need to read about that!” Write it on the card. Max 3 items per day. Clean card daily. Read every day.

@danamlewis For oslr.ai, though, the prompts are finely tuned and multi-step (eg. one agent writes, another reviews, another finalizes). It costs more, but the quality is better. 2/3

@danamlewis Hi Dana! The prompt for this is pretty rudimentary at the moment - because I just created it, there's not enough data to evaluate the quality of the prompt at this point. I'm making small adjustments as I use it and plan to make large adjustments as usage increases. 1/n

I'm a surgeon who can't keep up with the literature (nobody can). So I built OSLR.AI — monitors medical journals across every specialty and generates 3-min audio summaries you listen to on the way to work. 33,000+ journals. Been at it since 2017. oslr.ai

My favorite wellness hack is not taking medical advice from someone whose credentials are a ring light and a discount code.

I asked gstack. This is the response, "Yes. It's part of the /office-hours skill template. Everyone who completes the workflow gets a closing message from Garry Tan with a YC pitch. The intensity varies by tier — you got the 'top tier' version based on signals during the session — but every user gets some version of it."

The /office-hours skill in @garrytan's gstack has just blown my mind. I've gotta know, Garry. Does everyone get the "One more thing" message at the end? A yes/no will do. No matter, please know how much I've enjoyed using gstack and how it's transformed both my workflow and, most importantly, my thinking.

I'm on my third cup of coffee and apparently that's a clinical decision now. New JAMA study: 130,000+ people, 43 years of follow-up. Caffeinated coffee and tea tracked with lower dementia risk. Decaf didn't. Maybe it's the caffeine, maybe not. But it's not the ritual of holding a warm mug and pretending the morning is going to be fine. oslr.ai/preview/9973.4…
