@Jploughrey I worked in an ED where all notes were dictated and transcribed onto computer by admin staff 24/7/365. In 1992!!

Any medical folks use any form of dictation software for iOS for patient consultations? Anything work particularly well? Investigating ways to improve productivity, given how long it takes writing out ED cards when having seen a flurry of patients in response to a queue...
