The @aviationreg should be dealing with the #USIT problem for @students_j1. The travel authority in this country is a joke. The CAR are still holding 1000s of euro from @capturetravelRL without cause- treat big companies like gold and screw over the little guy. @EamonRyan

I have just been informed by @UsitTravel that I will not be able to get to USA until end of June, with USIT claiming this is because I have not submitted my application yet. My friends and I have had all necessary documentation uploaded weeks ago. This service is a disgrace (1/3)

@UsitTravel we have been trying to contact you all week… on hold for up to two hours at a time, we were told J1 Visa was in progress and Usit Ireland awaiting on US sponser .. but found out today USIT haven’t sent on details correctly… so so disappointed with your service

@UsitTravel I have been informed that another student going on a J1 has received my DS embassy documentation. I have been unable to contact any of the usit team through phone or email. I was not informed by usit that my forms were in the wrong hands either.

Can @UsitTravel get back to me. I spent a 2 hour wait to be answered. Got through, gave the details, put me on hold to check, then the call hung up. 5 minutes later my phone rang, one ring 2 seconds from USIT and just now same thing. Please help I am so anxious to get sorted
