Selecting a Captain… Coaches don't necessarily select the player who talks the most to be captain. Being loud does not equate to being able to lead a team. Select a player who... ….demonstrates examplary behaviour and performance. ….is respected by the team and coaches and they also respect them back. ....is passionate about playing ….follows instructions ....knows how to communicate to others and most importantly, knows how to listen. #captaincy #captain #leader
