@SimonCalder could you tell me what options I have as TUI have still not refunded our holiday and it has been over 30 days, do we have anything we can do or contact.

@TUIUK @SimonCalder so you cancelled our holiday Saturday 4 Jun but still not received our refund. You also had the audacity to remind us every day after via email a countdown of the holiday you cancelled. Our money back please and will not book again with you

@TUIUK @ABTAtravel we had our holiday cancelled by email on the 4 Jun. We had an email with our TUI vouchers via Email on the 21 Jun but we do not have our money back and TUI are saying 30 days - what can we do to get our refund that TUI state will be within 14 days

@SimonCalder what do we do if we have not received our refund from @TUIUK after the 14 days. The phone call at this moment is saying it could take up to 30 days and we need to fill in a feedback form. The refund should be automatic should it not!?

@TUIUK Does not allow us to have the holiday that we have looked forward to, a refund is 14 days but you have had our money since last November. We are still getting emails giving us the holiday countdown which is disgusting and downright wrong! Sort it out please

@stusmith1969 Again we are sorry that your trip cannot continue as planned. You'll have the option to rebook a new trip or take a refund of the monies paid ^Jo

Thanks @TUIUK on our wedding anniversary and a bank holiday weekend you cancel our summer holiday @8pm 5 days before going. You should be ashamed!!

@TUIUK That unfortunately does not remove the stress and worry that you customers are experiencing due to unknown issues - as you have not stated what they are. To deliver this at night makes it even more difficult to accept - be honest to you customers!
