@virginmedia No one came as scheduled. I just called customer support and they only apologized and asked me to wait till 6 pm. I don't know what's going on here.

@virginmedia I just called customer support and the engineer is scheduled to come today later . It been going on for more than 1 months now. I am thinking of approaching ofcom. I am quite frustrated.

@virginmedia It was on 17th between 8am -1 pm. I tried calling 3 times and nobody was able to provide further details.

@virginmedia Still the issue is not fixed . I am tired of following u guys .Last 2 days 2 engineers had visited and still the installation is not working. The engineer was supposed to be here today . Not here yet .

@subhie If it's asking you to book an engineer, this will be the next step. If the engineer visit cannot fix it, they'll be able to advise accordingly and the next steps after this. ^John

@virginmedia I am not sure what to do . I have already run the service status and it's asking me to book an engineer but I can't wait for more as it's been more than 1 and half months and I am working from home. The engineer was here on 9th July and couldn't fix it.

@virginmedia The services has been installed but never worked inspite of your engineer being here twice to complete the installation. I am frustated as BT has cancelled and disconnected my broadband service after your requesst.

@virginmedia No idea, The engineer last came on 9th Jul and tried to fix it but couldn't. He told me it should be fixed in few days and his manager will call me and I am still waiting. When I call customer support they try to fix it from their side and till now no luck
