Hi @IndianOilcl, suspecting a potential fraud while refilling petrol today at Super agency, Ambattur, #Chennai. While refuelling i asked operator to fill the petrol for a certain amount, the operator operated the nozel manually disrupting the flow of fuel instead of using autocut

Please take immediate action to clear the passage and ensure safety of reserved passengers.

Dear @BPCLimited, yesterday night while i went to your outlet for checking my scooter’s air pressure the person who was filling the air asked for payment against the air fill up. As i said to him, i am out of cash, he insisted to do a UPI and have a QR code with him. (1/many)

(5/Many) @BPCLimited Once I heard this type of statement i rushed to the pump in charge to seek a clarification. His responses were not satisfactory. As he was confused what to respond with. Now I have a few question regarding this whole incident.

(3/Many) @BPCLimited Once i informed him about the UPI failure, this air filling up person wanted to see my phone, and trying to operate it from his own, and asking keep on trying. He unwantedly touching my phone to see whether my data is on. And smashing on the screen of it.

(2/many) @BPCLimited As he insisted, considering the humanity i scanned the QR code and try to make a payment of Rs 10. Unfortunately, the receiver bank server was not working and upi payment was not going through. Eventually I informed the person about it.

@MoPNG_eSeva Its been 1 month since I complained against this agency. No action has been taken. Also this agency has not accepted my online application for domestic connection. What i am suppose to do? @IndianOilcl can you help me in getting a gas connection? @PetroleumMin @jagograhakjago

@IndianOilcl @PetroleumMin - Today I visited one of your gas agency distributor. The woman at the desk was asking ₹11500 to get a new connection despite of telling her we only need compulsory items. The behaviour was so rude and she was not answering the doubts. @jagograhakjago
