@boschindia 6/n 9. Today, 15th November, I get a call from your customer service @boschindia asking if the cancellation was initiated by me, or did they cancel because I wasnt at home when the technician arrived 10. They also adviced me to escalate it by calling the 1-800 number

@boschindia I am amazed at the pathetic levels of your customer support in Bangalore. You sell premium products at a premium price, and our kitchen has your hob, chimney, microwave and oven, and of course the sales process is impeccable.
