Curious why it takes over 4 months from the time order to get a Wolf range delivered. Seems like an excessive amount of time to manufacture.

Hey @subzerowolf first of all, my $18K dual fuel range failing after 13 months (and the week before Christmas), yea that’s pretty unacceptable. Second of all, don’t list companies that only service what they sell on your website as service providers based on location. Big fail all around.

@subzerowolf - Ordered a traditional & fast oven in Jul. Trad oven got delivered in Sept with a broken glass door. Fast oven still not delivered (promised date was Sept). Parts for the oven are still TBD. It has been a super frustrating exp given the price you charge and no help

@subzerowolf More than a month ago your service tech came out for a new M-series double oven that had just been installed and was broken. They claim they still don’t have the part and thanksgiving is coming. How do we rectify?

Disappointment is having a brand new @subzerowolf dual fuel range installed and the control panel doesn’t work. 😢 (and no appointments available for repair until the end of next week)
@subzerowolf I ordered the Subzero side by side 48 last year, and paid deposit already, but this year your company told me I have to pay more $5000 because my builder didn’t continue her job, I checked the sale agreement, there is nothing regarding this issue.

@subzerowolf paid for a premium dishwasher #cove & will be broke for 2 & 1/2 months if the parts come in for repair (that’s they don’t delay again) #poorcustomerexperience#poorwarrantysupport how can you not have repair parts in inventory for your premium products to back your warranty @subzerowolf ?

@subzerowolf DON’T BUY SUBZERO. can’t believe subzero still can’t manufacture parts due to pandemic. I purchased subzero appliances 3 months, it’s installed by their subcontractor and still brand new as I can’t use it. You will be dealing with their several subcontractors.

@subzerowolf your products suck. You charge a ton for your products but a small frozen item falls down in the fridge and the white base breaks. You can’t fix it. I have had freezer that last 15 years with no dents or issues when something falls but yours every time a new crack.
