norris no tenía otra opción que no sea ganar la carrera de abu dhabi en 2024 para coronar campeón a su equipo…. equipo que en ese momento a la fecha contaba con 26 años sin un título mundial… en 2023 christian horner y helmut marko le ofrecieron el segundo asiento en redbull y norris les respondió renovando contrato con un equipo que desde su debut no le dio un auto competente. 1 año después, lo sacó campeón. Desde su entrada a la f1 en 2019, pasó por 3 compañeros de equipo (sainz, ricciardo y piastri). 8 años después y sigue corriendo con el mismo equipo que le dio un lugar en la categoría. no podés hablar de carrear un equipo y meter a norris en una misma frase, simplemente no podés.

I find it insane how high and mighty Max acted when the Mclaren's swapped last year, but he has 3 drivers who move out of his way no matter what? That Lawson incident on Sunday has blown my mind to be honest, I'm not sure how that's allowed

Norris is the most underrated driver in F1 amongst the fans. I don't care what anyone says. Before 2024 EVERYONE liked him. Then everything changed... Verstappen fans try to ruin his rep so bad that people forget how good he actually is.

i really don’t understand the argument of lando “taking so long” to get his wdc. he won his first race in 2024 with his first real good car, was then thrown into a title fight he was bound to lose bc he was already so far behind and then won his championship the next year??

Something that went under the radar yesterday was how effective Lando was at wheel to wheel. Lando overtook Kimi who had similar pace and while he had boost available from Charles ahead. He passed Charles 1 lap after the SC ended. He passed Max the moment he was directly behind him. And he didn’t get re-overtaken once, while all the other drivers were yo-yoing throughout the race.

Some of the things Kimi Antonelli did this race weekend -Extended the lead in the championship to 20 points -Won the race in a car that was potentially the second fastest -became the first driver to convert their first 3 consecutive pole positions -Continues to be the youngest ever championship leader -Dunked 40+ seconds on George Russell, an elite talent in the other car This 19 year old is developing at a rate much faster than many would have anticipated... A title contender? For sure. Title favorite? Let's wait till the summer break :)
