Several things can be true: 1) trauma manifests in different ways 2) ppl need a sense of belonging 3) violence is not always productive, & may actually be counterproductive 4) empathy does not = support 5) it’s ok to tackle a problem with a multi-pronged approach #Eritrea

These are merely the lucky ones. The survivors. Feel they've nothing to lose. Now taken advantage of by wolves. Leading them & us to oblivion. We are all responsible for what they've become. But the onus is squarely on PFDJ Eritrean Diaspora to address this head on. 6/8

We now have youth who were raised in nothing but Violence, exercising it. Learning no other method from PFDJ but force to get ones point across. Ripped from their families, abused & traumatized even further. Escaping that & experiencing the unimaginable since. 5/8
