We were horrified to learn that a Russian airstrike inflicted severe damage on the #GBV shelter and daycare centre in #Kherson, supported by @UNFPA. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Let's remember, aid workers and civilians are #NotATarget. –@max_f_diana
