During the course of UPSC prep, it is only after a substantial time period of prep (say 1.5 years) that we realise what is reqd for this exam. Everyone feels that they are on the right track. A mentor with the right experience of this exam is the necessity that I feel.

@nitinnexuspatel Whether one calls it tough, absurd, or unpredictable, the examination process will carry on. Dwelling on the aftermath changes little. So, the best way is to keep away from and noise and prepare.
