@weKFintech - your service is worrisome. I created a NPS Vatsalya account for my daughter and by mistake the DOB mentioned was mistake. I called up your customer care many times, wrote email to NPS support but no response. The customer care mentions they cannot resolve this.

@IndiGo6E - very disappointed- my parents were travelling from Mumbai to Bangalore and were not provided with wheel chairs at the entrance gare. Later they had to walk a reasonable distance without assistance. This is not expected even after booked the wheel chair assistance .

The thing is, public memory is short. People upgrade really fast and then treat that as the new normal.
Very few people remember how filthy railway stations were before @narendramodi, how long it used to take for a passport/gas cylinder, how people found it next to impossible to open a bank account with zero balance, what life before UPI was like, how the Padma awards were given as a bribe for sucking up to the UPA govt, how highways and airports used to be!
