sekecil apapun kebijakan yang diubah/diterapkan, pasti ada orang yang merasakan dampaknya. entah itu buruk atau baik dampaknya. dan, kita mungkin tidak akan tahu bagaimana berdampaknya setiap kebijakan sebelum kebijakan itu kena di kita.

Hukum asalnya memang setiap hewan yg hidup di lautan itu halal. Ada hewan yg bisa dikecualikan dari hukum asal ini jika bisa menimbulkan mudarat berdasarkan hadis:
لا ضرر ولا ضرار
"Tidak boleh menimbulkan mudarat, baik yg tidak disengaja maupun yg disengaja."
Contohnya misalnya ular laut. Ular laut asalnya halal, tapi kalau dia beracun dan memakannya bisa menimbulkan kematian maka hukumnya menjadi haram.
Bagaimana dgn hiu dan paus? Asalnya juga halal. Kalau memang terbukti dengan nyata memakan keduanya bisa menimbulkan bahaya maka hukum memakannya bisa menjadi haram. Namun, kalau tidak, yah tetap pada hukum asalnya, boleh dimakan.

I have deleted the first response as i was wrong. The hadith above exists and its sahiih. Let me elaborate on it more, after prophet Ibrahim AS brought Islam to the people of Arabian penisula many accepted and started to follow islam. With time fitnah was brought and idol worshipping became the norm of the people of Arabian penisula. The Prophets (SAW) father is explicitly mentioned in the hadith, the Prophet never spoke on his whims and only said what Allah SWA revealed to him and we dont have information about that. Some scholars say that maybe Abdallah ibn Mutalib may have gone astray and started worshiping Idols and when he died went to hell for that specific reason.
There is another hadith by Sahih bukhari where Prophet Muhammad SAW asked to pray for his father and Allah SWA told him not to, then prophet asked to visit his grave and was told not to visit. The prophet SAW asked for forgiveness for his mother and Allah denied that request, he(SAW) then asked for permission to visit her grave and Allah granted that request.
As same prophets SAW father, his mother too might have astrayed and started idol worshiping hence went to hell and Allah denied the permission to ask for forgiveness.
Allah is the all knower and knows best, i leave the judging to Allah SWA.
The prophets SAW parents have no consequence or any importance to Islam as they weren’t prophets or messengers hence nonsensical. Anyone who brings up that topic is trying to create divisions based on things that do not matter to the religion, and hence you should avoid them and the talk.
A wahhabi thrives on the small details that the Ummah have different opinions on and avoids all the things that matter and brings us together.
May Allah give us all better understanding of our deen.
May Allah forgive us for our wrongs and shortcomings.

If you are Arab, and you read the verse against all the English translations, you will realise they ALL lied about one specific word because they are embarrassed by it, the word Nikah (نكاح).
See in the Quran the word love is NEVER mentioned once in context of marriage. One translation is found but only in the context of "don't love..the enemies" Yes, take a look. So in Islam, Nikah Contract or the contract of two people getting together is in fact contract to f@&k! It is that simple. Islam does not factor love into it.
When Muhammad did his Nikah Contract with A'isha, he was in effect agreeing to f@&k her at age of 6. That is why the Authentic Hadith, in at least five times, makes the point that Muhammad waited 3 years and showed patience.
