I don’t care if Islam is a ‘race’ or not. I care that there is a religion where some of its followers think it’s OK to behead a school teacher for discussing the religion in class. I care that we are apparently not allowed to discuss these matters without being accused of a ‘phobia’. As with issues around gender identity, refusing discussion is corrosive, harmful and futile.

The bartender’s causation chain has two links: pour drink, person crashes. Exposed window? Sometimes three hours. She can be charged with criminal negligence, sued in civil court, and lose her livelihood. All for failing to eyeball whether a guy at a crowded bar was too drunk for one more round. The judge has a pre-sentencing report, a criminal history score, a risk assessment algorithm, victim impact statements, and a prosecutor arguing the case in front of them. Every tool the system can produce. And when they get it wrong? Nothing. Absolute judicial immunity, codified since Bradley v. Fisher in 1871, means a judge cannot be sued for any act performed in judicial capacity. How absolute? In 1978, the Supreme Court ruled in Stump v. Sparkman that a judge who signed a petition to sterilize a 15-year-old girl without her knowledge or consent was fully immune. The court acknowledged the act was reprehensible. Didn’t matter. Judicial act, judicial immunity, case closed. That precedent still controls today. The recidivism data is where this gets obscene. The U.S. Sentencing Commission tracked violent offenders released in 2010 across eight years. 63.8% were rearrested. Median time to rearrest: 16 months. These numbers haven’t moved in two decades. The 2005 cohort and the 2010 cohort produced statistically identical outcomes. Judges aren’t making unpredictable calls. They’re making well-documented bets with other people’s lives, and the base rates have been published and available the entire time. The bartender gets three hours of ambiguous signals. The judge gets the full weight of the federal data apparatus. One of them can go to prison for getting it wrong. The other can’t even be named in a civil suit.

The Israeli government has displaced a total of 6 million people from their homes. (3 million Iran, 2 million Gaza, 1 million Lebanon). 6 million people. The equivalent of the entire population of Maryland displaced from their homes. By one government.

A few days ago, a white girl was being chased by a 25-strong mob in Bristol. She took refuge in a branch of Zara, a clothes shop. The security guards in Zara are alleged to have forced her out of the shop, whereupon the mob attacked her and savagely beat her. This attack didn't happen in a vacuum. We've had decades of anti-white violence normalised by our media, academia and institutions. What did people think our academics and politicians meant when they said "abolish whiteness", "white lives don't matter", "kill all white men" and "it's good when whites are massacred"? The government caught a nonprofit committing fraud. Then wrote them another check for a million dollars. This broke this week. You won't see it anywhere else. The New American Development Center billed Minnesota taxpayers $7.8 million for children's meals. 2.9 million meals. The restaurant supposedly cooking them wasn't even an approved vendor. The meals never happened. Not a single child was fed. Minnesota's own Department of Education investigated. Found "unlawful practices, false and fraudulent claims." Court upheld it. Ordered them to pay back $1.1 million. That repayment plan is still active. They're still paying it back right now. You know what happens to you if you submit $7.8 million in fake invoices to the government? You go to prison. These guys got a repayment plan and a DFL lawmaker vouching for them in committee. Then a million dollar check. Direct appropriation. No competitive bidding. Quietly slipped into a budget bill. The DFL wanted the payments to continue. They made sure of it. The lawmaker who sponsored the grant says she had no idea about the fraud. She's in her FOURTH TERM. This has been a national story. Nick Shirley covered it. KARE11 just dropped the investigation this week. She had no idea. FOURTH TERM. These people do not care about your money. They do not fear getting caught because getting caught doesn't cost them anything. They get caught and they get a bonus. That is what is happening in Minnesota right now and nationally. But people will continue to gaslight you about raising taxes and shifting blame to the money we spend in Iran. You can be anti-Iran and anti-fraud. Learn the nuance. Walz knew in 2020.
