Some refs let the moment get to them—- someone like Matt Potter… some refs, well actually like one, James Breeding is a robot and has no feel for the game. Both are bad .

If we can’t trust Solo to be in the game during the final minutes of crunch time, why is he starting over J Ross? No disrespect to Solo, but Hurley clearly thinks having Ross in there is the best way to close a game. Why not start it that way too, then?

@Uconnfanatic It’s just common sense his play the 2nd half of this year does not justify him starting or even playing more than 10 mins a game. He’s a role player at best

@ChargeOconnell Breeding has no business officiating middle school basketball let alone NCAA games. Every team complains about him every year, yet nothing happens. When is his term limit up?

Breeding and Roberts have a bad history with Hurley. It was decided before the game that they would have none of it. That was one of the weakest techs I’ve ever seen, and I was the one to tech Illinois for hanging on the rim
