By trading Dexter Lawrence, it marks the second time in the Schoen era he could (unless they trade back) be making two picks inside Top 10. How many NFL GMs get that? Let’s hope this one goes a lot better than the last. If not, we waste Dart’s rookie contract. Stakes are high.

The Giants may have all the leverage on paper, but the reality is Harbaugh is trying to set the tone for a new culture and called Dex his "middlestone"
It's silly to debate if Dex is "worth" a new extension based on recent play when 1. The tape as recent as 2024 was DOMINANT.. I mean top 10 player in football type tape 2. Who gives a f*%^ what the contract # is anyway? The "hard cap" is all but meaningless & it's not your $ 3. The Giants can't afford to trade him/start over 4. The trade capital return will be depressed & likely embarrassing for a player of Dex's caliber with Dex's tape

Some constructive feedback for @TheReal_NFC. I've never seen a site redesign people liked initially. They're used to the old thing, and will kneejerk hate change, but they'll get used to it. But there are real issues here that make the experience considerably worse:

One thing I can’t get over:

This is a little known piece of knowledge for the Reels generation, but scenes used to have many other scenes attached to them, and you were required to watch all of them - we called the combination ‘movies,’ and sometimes some scenes were good but more were bad.

Gladly. I'll just say it: I'm the Romano guy. Been on him for months. Recommended him to @JohnLaghezza months ago. Thought he was ahead of Yates the whole time. He got incredibly unlucky last year and his prior experience made him an excellent cheap candidate for saves
