From 2017 to current I made approx $280k in crypto as accounted for on tax returns. $190k of that was in 2025 (thanks $bnkr $dickbutt) For tax loss harvesting I am selling the rest and leaving crypto for good. Why? If you look at it from an ROI of time, crypto is bottom tier. You can make money here but most don't. My $280k was taken from others because no actual value was generated from any of my coins. Overall, people lose their money here because "the house" wins and the house in crypto are grifters Ah-ha Moment. I started a business in October 2023. This fiscal year it profited $240k. Next year it will be $500k EBITDA. Realizing that the ROI for time spent in entrepreneurship is exponentially greater than time spent in crypto was my ah-ha moment Salty. This industry is garbage. It does no good for anyone and never will. Bitcoin will live on but every single other coin deserves to be at zero and eventually will be. Everything is a scam. All the "good guys" are or will become villains. It is a zero sum game Conclusion I will try not to live with the regret of being a part of this venereal disease stain on world history. My $280k will help me cope. Next time you hear that nobody can leave crypto, here is your one time reminder, yes you can. Later, mfer

SNAP is not the reason your taxes are high. SNAP recipients don’t need to “just go get a job”. Most of them work. The rest are disabled, elderly, children or caregivers. People need & deserve assistance Your taxes fund wars and tax cuts for the ultra rich Be mad about that

Open enrollment for ACA plans began yesterday in Idaho. One couple got notice that their monthly premium next year would jump from $51 to $2,232 as subsidies expire. 25,000 Idahoans are expected to be priced out of coverage. This is what's at stake in Trump's shutdown.
