i was reflecting on all the mistakes i made from building mega. a pattern emerged i seem to have a hard time judging people when they claim to be exceptional at an area that's out of my expertise - both technical and business wise. because I wanted to work with good people so badly, I often ignore the red flags, and stopped doing proper diligence. as a result, Im left with misinformation, bad decision, and sometimes a shit show its actually so cathasis to write this down and admit my flaw. if anyone here offers to help me diligence next time ( or remind me to always diligence), you are my bestie
