Sometimes I feel the Indian running the scam @Flipkart @flipkartsupport, one of my neighbors initiated a refund and Flipkart said it's done, but they noticed the last 3 digits of Flipkart is showing is wrong and they also didn't get the refund.
I helped them and called the customer support, I asked them we didn’t fill the wrong details we can give in writing, but the advisor and senior advisor said - Sir you have filled the wrong detail agree or not, paise toh agaye atleast accept it.
I asked them ok, firstly we didn't secondly just share us the account details so we will verify as there is no option in our app to see that account, as per the advisor there should be an option too.
but there is no option plus they denied to share details over mail too
And he cut the call saying apka fault hai so face karo? like really this is the customer support in India?
Just note - original last three digit is far different from the Flipkart is showing

I used to think @amazonIN @AmazonHelp is much better than Flipkart, but to be honest, their customer support and delivery are much pathetic these days.
Just struggling to get an update for a product since 2 days, which was supposed to be delivered.
