No other manga is held to the same ridiculous standards when it comes to side characters.
Oda and kubo are allowed to introduce characters and abandon them (rightfully so) but god forbid kishimoto doesn’t flesh out ten ten or kiba. You guys ignore every other side character.

@TheGuuruGuru I think one chapter per should be the baseline. There were alot of opportunities to expand upon things in this episode naturally so it worked but not every chapter has that.
