Why can't I restrict like I used to

Rest of December goals -NO binges -NO sugar -1500 calories maximum. Enough to fuel runs but low enough to lose weight -High protein -Fast as much as possible (12-18 hours a day) -Track EVERYTHING

Having to lose weight that you’ve already lost before is so EMBARRASSING

I might become more active again and start posting my food again. Ive lost all willpower and motivation these past few months. Been extremely sick too 😔

@xhaeririn I work in texh. We use AI. It has saved a ton of money, energy, reduced pollution, and improved technology. If you actually care for the environment and what you preach youd be out protesting and youd have actually researched this topic. This is recycled brain rot logic

@sunflowerz963 Maybe because ai is destroying our environment, our relationships, creativity, literacy, and overall cognitive dissonance. So when people use ai and, in turn, directly perpetuate those issues, people would usually expect a good reason for it.

Not even a good excuse for this one when all that corny shit it will tell u already exists all over the internet. Open pintrest, you your brain, write things down, talk to other humans and interact with ehir extremely similar posts... the list goes on.

@xhaeririn If youre thay worried about the environment, its less pollution and energy than watching Netflix and taking regular showers. Creativity still exists despite the internet. Cognitive decline is a fact in starving yourself more than the possibility of AI. X uses AI and you use it

@puppyruben @LSillytwt If you use the pollution debate of AI it becomes increasingly clouded when you realize your day to day activities are far more polluting and wasteful than a Chat prompt. The pollution is mostly when the bots are being taught which is going to happen regardless of opinion

@puppyruben @LSillytwt This is mostly in the production and learning of AI models which are becoming increasingly more efficient. Ending your shower 1 second early is water equivalent to 40 chat GPT prompts. 1 hour of Netflix is equivalent to a minimum 300 prompts. Youre on a website actively using AI.
