Hey 👋 This isn’t true! With Sunsave Plus, you’re covered by the 20-year Sunsave Guarantee, which includes insurance - your system is insured by Aviva against damage, theft and fire. The guarantee also covers any roof damage caused as a result of your system. If any damage were to occur due to any kit we’ve installed, or related works, we’d be responsible, and we’d fix it, or pay for a third party to do so. This is outlined in your Sunsave Plus contract, which is legally binding. In addition to being covered by the guarantee, it’s now standard practice for home insurance providers to add solar panels to your policy with no problems. @sunsaveuk Don’t do it. When it destroys your roofs u have to pay for it. When the weather destroys the panels you have to pay for it. House insurance won’t cover it. Avoid at all costs.

Hey Peter 👋 We only install modern monocrystalline panels, which have long lifespans of 30-40 years. When your solar panels reach the end of their life, your solar installer is legally required to take back your solar panels (or pay for them) to be recycled - so you don't need to worry about disposing of them yourself!
