Over 14k renter households in Sunset Park, Red Hook & Bay Ridge are unregulated & have no protections against unreasonable rent hikes or evictions. Today over 65 people joined our Housing Townhall to learn about the protections Good Cause will provide if passed. We must act now.

@BronxGuy1282 @alexaforcouncil It’s virtually impossible to get a permit to sell fruit at a subway station, and it’s a refreshing snack that I amalways happy to have when I am out and about. I am very grateful the food vendors are there and I am in full solidarity with them always. NYC deserves so much better.
