Eating clean and drinking plenty of water striclty 5 days on 3 days off, along with Insanity Max 30 kicking my arse. 18lbs down since July. Image on the right was in 2022, I was around 20+ pounds heavier than what I am now. I always use that image as a reminder to stay on track!

@asentance Presumably you have cash in the bank & no loans? Plenty do and are hoping rates stay high but that does little for the majority Businesses need to invest in growth & rates need to come down before that happens. People with mortgages are being pushed into poverty. CUT THE RATE

If UK is to embark on interest rate cuts in response to lower inflation we need to know (1) the reduction in rates is likely to be sustained and hence (2) the rate cuts will not need to be reversed. At the moment, we can’t be sure on these points so rates should be held for now.

@travelblogjamie @jwatt1602 Presumably better than those flying yesterday to/from Gatwick/Antigua who faced mammoth 10hr+ delays Maleth don't have any cover or a backup plan with things go pear-shaped, which seems to happen far too regularly with Maleth Hopefully P&O will rethink their contract with them
