@drmanmeetm @MN_GIMD Absolutely. No correct answer here, a dynamic trainer moves around to appreciate all aspects of what’s happening during a procedure. From experience, I find it very hard to stand still!

@MN_GIMD The answer is none. You move around the room- step back to get the long view and move around to hone in on hand skills, scope position / loops, patient tolerance, nurse assistant preparedness etc. Also ask questions don’t tell the trainee what to do / not to do.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this absolute powerhouse of a woman. She was the first to inspire me to become an endoscopist. I’ve learnt so much from her and I will miss her so very much. Kay...it’s been an absolute blast xx
