@IKEAUKSupport Been sent a damaged Kallax 147. Box has a massive hole with damaged unit inside. IKEA suggests I carry this huge thing to a depot near me. No other option. Website takes me in circles and the call centre had me on hold for 15 minutes. This should not be my problem to fix!
