I can't believe I am still waiting for my refund for my trip to Cuba that was cancelled last March. I paid for a trip and did not receive any service. All flights to Cuba were cancelled. Sunwing refuses to refund my money. I am so annoyed. @SunwingVacay

I think it's funny that @SunwingVacay messed up monumentally and they tell me to fill out a complaint form only to essentially tell me "Thanks. If you're unhappy with the resolution, fill out this form in 7 days". And their email address "sunwing-cares" is hilariously false.

@SunwingVacay We have, several times have been ghosted by Taylor W. NO ONE from @SunwingVacay is helping us, no one. Someone close to me is a National Logistics director across Canada, all this is being transferred to clients as well, hope business diminishes for you Sunwing.

Imagine calling @SunwingVacay because you want to spend extra on premium seats but their system is throwing an error on open seats. Being told if you want to sit with your spouse, maybe you should book economy. Then getting chastised by a “manager”. #poorcustomerservice.

@SunwingVacay flight is delayed. Sitting on the tarmac on a crowded plane. Captain said there’s an IT issue loading the flight details. Second reason now is because we have to load the plane with passengers baggage for Calgary’s, but we’re heading to yyz. Unacceptable
