@DougieCritchley My exact point . Rosenior is obviously out of his depth , but the arrogance and incompetence of this hierarchy will go down as one of the worst mismanagement of an elite footballing institution in history.
English

Chelsea drop to 7th, 7 points off 5th with 4 games to go.
Barring an unlikely turnaround, from a side that have lost 7 of their last 8 games, this'll be the 3rd time in 4 seasons that Chelsea fail to qualify for the Champions League.
In that time they have finished 45, 28 and 15 points behind the Champions, and they are currently 22 points behind leaders Arsenal.
They haven't come close to a title challenge.
Blame Rosenior all you like... but there's a bigger picture at play.
It has been without doubt, pound-for-pound... the least successful ownership change in English football history.

English

Focusing on Rosenior just gives the incompetent clowns above him a pass. He’s clearly out of his depth, but they don’t have the confidence to hire anyone accomplished because they are insecure idiots. There is no accountability. They have destroyed everything our football club represents. To hell with them! #CFC

And yes 6th can get Champions League if Aston Villa finish (ONLY) 5th and win the Europa League.
But when you look at this table. Genuinely what’s the chances of staying 6th? Gotta be under 30%

CFCDaily@CFCDaily
If Rosenior mentions that we’re still in a UCL race he’s outright lying and if anyone still eats it up are part of the problem. Chelsea’s only way into the Champions League is a back door entry which shouldn’t even be a conversation inside the 4 walls of Cobham.

Man United have only one shot on target (the goal) and 0.29 xG.
Vince™@Blue_Footy
What pains me is that Man United don't deserve a draw in this game but they are going home with 3 points.
English

@CarefreeLewisG They will never admit they were wrong . They are all part of the problem
English

@charliepatrick0 Keep Giving the board a pass. Exactly what they want. There is only one common denominator and it’s not all the coaches that have failed under this hierarchy.
English

Very little anger towards Rosenior. He shouldn’t be here and should’ve never been hired. Anyone with brain cells predicted this. The incompetent, insecure clowns who don’t have the confidence to work with a world-class manager or an accomplished one are the ones who deserve the blame. The most successful businesses succeed because they hire the absolute best. Their self-esteem isn’t so low that they’re terrified of someone outshining them. They’ve destroyed my football club and all the anger should be directed at them. #CFC

@iamrahmanosman Sometimes I worry that I may be an outlier then I see a tweet like this that confirms what I’ve been thinking. 😁. 100% agree . And reason to be careful with some of these players at mid table clubs.

@DougieCritchley Analyze results in April v City’s results in April over the last few seasons and its easy to see why they are in panic mode.
English

@FabrizioRomano Dude needs to just stop talking . You need time when you show progress or have a winning. pedigree. He has neither. Klopp and Pep were winners before joining city and Liverpool
English

Let’s not forget he also basically got the endorsement of Netanyahu.

BREAKING Hungary will have a new prime minister. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has called Péter Magyar to concede and congratulate him on his victory. Orbán has served as prime minister of Hungary continuously for 16 years; his loss is a blow to Vladimir Putin and the Trump administration.

@AlexisIsKavkas The twisted logic by some in this fanbase is pathetic.
English

@Chelsearory Absolutely pathetic and spursy mentality. Our fanbase is becoming what we we use to hate. Sad!

🚨 BREAKING: Marcos Senesi is about to chose his next team. Agents in contact with Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United. These are the 3 favourites. (@MatteMoretto) #CFC

English

@DougieCritchley Don’t disagree with this. Most people thought Brentford would be in a relegation battle. Pretty impressive.

I don't think Mikel Arteta or Pep Guardiola deserve the Premier League manager of the year award.
In all but 5 of the 25 completed Premier League seasons this century, the manager of the season award has gone to the winning manager.
The exceptions were:
-George Burley with Ipswich in 2001 (finished 5th)
-Harry Redknapp 2009/10, Spurs (4th)
-Alan Pardew 2011/12, Newcastle (5th)
-Tony Pulis 2013/14, Crystal Palace (11th)
-Jurgen Klopp 2021/22, Liverpool (2nd, FA Cup and League Cup winners, UCL final)
In my opinion, it should go to the manager that has over-performed the most given the resources available to him.
I don't think that's Arteta or Pep.
I think it's Keith Andrews.
